Go to console.groq.com/keys and sign up free (Google sign-in works) if you haven't already.
Click + Create API Key.
Give it any name (e.g. "Interview AI Helper"), leave Expiration as "No expiration", and click Submit. Copy the key that appears — it's shown only once.
In Interview AI Helper, open the Wallet screen, paste the key under "Bring your own key", choose Groq, and Save.
Go to cloud.cerebras.ai and sign up.
Open Billing in the left sidebar and add a payment method — Cerebras keys don't answer requests without one on file, even on their free tier.
Open API Keys, click Create API Key, name it, and copy it — it's shown only once.
In Interview AI Helper's Wallet screen, paste the key, choose Cerebras, and Save.
Your key is encrypted before it ever leaves your computer and stays encrypted at rest — only accessible to our support team if you need help troubleshooting, never shared or used for anything else. Turn BYOK off any time by clearing the key field in the Wallet screen — the app falls back to your normal plan.
