This Privacy Policy explains what information Interview AI Helper collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The data fiduciary is KDADS Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"), registered office Plot No. 135/B, Santoshi Nagar, Nagpur (Urban), Pipla, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440034, India. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — the name, mobile number and password you sign in with.
• Content you provide — your resume and job description text, the role you select, and questions you type or paste.
• Audio — during a live session the app captures the meeting audio to transcribe the question. Audio is processed to produce a transcript and is not used for any other purpose.
• Usage data — minutes and questions used, timestamps, and basic diagnostics needed to run and support the Service.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of a payment and the plan bought; we do not store your full card or bank details.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service (transcribe questions, generate answers, track your balance), to process payments and activations, to provide support, to keep the Service secure, and to comply with law.

3. Third-party processors

To deliver the Service we share the minimum necessary data with:

• AI processing providers — the question text/audio and relevant context are sent to trusted third-party AI services to generate a transcript and an answer. They process it only to return a result.
• Cloud hosting & database provider — for hosting, the database and authentication.
• Our payment provider — to take payment.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep account and usage records for as long as your account is active and as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. Live audio is used transiently for transcription and is not retained by us as an audio recording. You can ask us to delete your account data (see Contact).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including access rules on our database and encryption of sensitive configuration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limits. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
