These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Interview AI Helper application, website and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by KDADS Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India (CIN U73100MH2024PTC427692) with its registered office at Plot No. 135/B, Santoshi Nagar, Nagpur (Urban), Pipla, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440034, India. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Interview AI Helper is a software tool for interview preparation and assistance. It can transcribe spoken questions, generate suggested answers, and (in the practice features) let you rehearse mock interviews. The Service is provided as an aid; it does not guarantee any interview result, job offer, score, or outcome.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the credentials issued to you, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your login confidential. One account is for one person; accounts and credits are not transferable or for resale.

3. Acceptable use — your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service. You agree to use it only where permitted, and to comply with all rules, terms, policies and instructions of any interview, assessment, examination, employer, educational institution or platform you take part in, as well as all applicable laws. You must not use the Service where it is prohibited, or in any way that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others. We do not endorse or require any particular use, and any decision to use the Service in a live setting, and any consequences of that decision, are yours alone.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt to extract source code, keys or models from the Service, except to the extent the law does not allow such restrictions.

5. Plans, credits & payment

The Service is sold as one-time credit packs (for example, hours of live assistance and/or a number of questions) or, for customers outside India, a monthly plan billed in US dollars. Prices are shown before purchase and are payable in full at checkout. For purchases billed in Indian rupees, prices are exclusive of taxes and 18% GST is added at checkout (GSTIN 27AALCK1221F1ZU) and shown on your payment; GST does not apply to purchases billed in US dollars. Purchased credits are for your own use and, unless we state otherwise, do not expire. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

The USD plan is a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription: each purchase is a single payment that grants unlimited use for 30 days. There is no stored card, no automatic renewal, and no recurring billing of any kind - if you want continued access after 30 days, you make a new purchase yourself. 6. No professional advice; no guarantee

Content generated by the Service is produced by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice. You must use your own judgement. We do not guarantee any employment or interview outcome.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any consequences of how you choose to use it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if payment is reversed, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and the Service from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
