Interview AI Helper
Install help
Windows 10 or 11 · takes about two minutes · the warnings below are normal for a new app
Why do I see warnings? Browsers and Windows show a notice for any app that few people have
downloaded yet. It does not mean the file is damaged. Follow the steps below and the installer runs normally.
1. Your browser says the file “isn’t commonly downloaded”
Microsoft Edge — keep the file in two clicks:
1
In the downloads panel, click the
three dots next to the file, then choose
Keep.
2
A box says “Make sure you trust … before you open it”. Click the
small arrow next to Delete,
then choose
Keep anyway.
Google Chrome — click the three dots on the right of the file in the downloads bar, then choose Keep.
2. Windows says “Windows protected your PC”
Open the downloaded InterviewAIHelper-Setup.exe (press Ctrl+J in your browser to find it). If the blue
box appears, click More info, then Run anyway.
3. The file will not open at all
1
Find the downloaded file, right-click → Properties.
2
At the bottom tick Unblock, then click OK. (If you downloaded the ZIP, do this on the ZIP
before you extract it.)
3
Run it again. If the ZIP was used, right-click it → Extract All first, then open MicroUtility.
Message “An Application Control policy has blocked this file”? That laptop has strict security (such as
Smart App Control, common on office laptops). Use a personal laptop, or contact us and we will help.
4. Your antivirus removed or blocked it
Open your antivirus, look in Protection history or Quarantine, and choose Restore or Allow for
InterviewAIHelper, then run the installer again. Only do this for a file you downloaded from
interviewaihelper.com.
5. After it installs
1
The app opens to a sign-in screen. Use the
same mobile number and password you created on the website.

A short guided tour then points to each button: Setup, resume, job description, your prompt, Start and Top-up.
You can replay it any time with the 📖 Guide button.
